Shilajit Extract, 2 oz.

Shilajit is sometimes regarded as a geological and sometimes as a biological substance. It is a thick, sticky material that liquefies when exposed to heat. It is rich in minerals, some 85 different minerals have been found in it, but it also contains fulvic acid, humic acid, and triterpenes. In Ayurvedic medicine it is added to protocols to enhance the outcome of anything prescribed. It is a rasayana that acts primarily on the removal of excess kapha. As such, it aids the lungs where kapha accumulates, but it is also regarded as an aphrodisiac and longevity substance with nootropic effects, i.e., a smart "drug" or one that improves cognitive function and memory.
